Blue Kyanite is the number one crystal I reach for when I feel out of whack. It has been used to achieve instant chakra alignment for ages. The Norse mariners carried Kyanite with them for safe passage whilst at sea, and modern travellers take it with them for protection as well. It's the only crystal I can think of that never needs cleansing or recharging, as it repels negativity and draws in open, kindhearted energies. Kyanite says " I am here to help you sing and speak your truth, see through your inner eye and develop your confidence!". Place it under your pillow for lucid dreaming and astral travel. Kyanite looks like ethereal blue ice with delicate traces of minerals throughout. :)
