Smokey Quartz Crystals have been admired for their beauty for thousands of years, and, like Clear Quartz, they are some of my favourite crystals in the world. They are said to be most excellent for grounding, earthing and stabilizing us, whilst raising our vibration at the same time. Smoky Quartz has been used to relieve stress and anxiety, helping us to become more joyful. It melts away the negativity, fears and depression we may have developed, encouraging us to uncurl from our fetal position, stretch out our body and go for a walk in the woods. Smokey Quartz is associated with the root chakra and the earth chakra below our feet, as well as the cord that connects us to our great mother. We have roots that, when tethered to, give us a strong sense of belonging somewhere, and that we have a higher purpose. Breathe deeply, visualizing this cord anchoring you to the very core of this beautiful planet.
